All street construction in the city shall be performed in conformance with the construction standards set forth in ordinances relative to street construction, including an ordinance numbered O-8-64, and amendments thereto. Ord.O-8-64 andany amendments thereto are specifically savedfrom repeal, and no provision of this code or of the ordinance adopting this code shall be construed to repeal, amend, or supersede Ord.O-8-64, or any provision thereof and in accordance with § 152.61 of the Code of Ordinances.
