§ 152.61 RESIDENTIAL ROAD STANDARDS.
   (A)   Residential roads shall be constructed with the following minimum composition of materials or approved equal, unless otherwise approved by the City Council:
      (1)   Ten inch sub-base granular materials;
      (2)   Two and one-half inch bituminous concrete binder course; and
      (3)   One and one-half inch bituminous surface course.
   (B)   All materials and required testing shall conform in accordance with the latest edition and amendments of the IDOT's "Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction" and the "Procedures for Urban Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control in Illinois" by the Urban Committee of the Association of Illinois Soil and Water Conservation Districts.
