No wall sign shall cover wholly or partially any wall opening, nor project beyond the ends or top of the wall to which it is attached. In no case shall a wall sign exceed 75% in length, centered, of the building fascia upon which it is located. No more than one wall sign shall be located on any one wall, nor more than 2 per building.
