§ 93.64 HEIGHT AND SIZE LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   Height restriction: No monument sign shall exceed 10 feet in height, measured from the adjacent grade.
   (B)   Area restriction: Not more than 50% of the total permitted area of any sign shall be located on any one side of that sign.
