(A) Every applicant for a sign permit shall pay a fee to the building commissioner as the council shall prescribe.
(B) No provision of this chapter or of the ordinance adopting this chapter shall be construed to repeal, amend, or supersede any ordinance or any provision of any ordinance relating to fees for sign permits.
(C) Sign permit fees are hereby increased from $70 to $85 effective December 15, 1998.
