§ 78.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $30 nor more than $500 for each such offense except for § 78.04.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 78.04 shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $500 for each such offense.
