(A) No person shall park any vehicle in a public commuter parking lot without first obtaining a permit therefor from the owner or agent of said parking lot.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for any period of time in a parking lot designated by the city as a municipal parking lot:
(1) Without paying the required fee established by the city as stated on signs posted within the parking lot;
(2) In a space designated for monthly or long term parking without first having obtained proper permit from the city;
(3) In a space designated for daily parking without first having deposited the required fee in the designated collection box;
(4) In a space designated or marked as being specifically reserved; or
(5) In violation of any other restrictions posted on signs within or about the parking lot.
