§ 74.060 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of §§ 74.060 et seq. the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
   (A)   TYPE I SCHOOL BUS. A school bus with provision for 13 inches of seating space for each of 17 or more passengers exclusive of the driver.
   (B)   TYPE II SCHOOL BUS. A school bus with provision for 13 inches of seating space for each of 16 or fewer passengers exclusive of the driver.
   (C)   DEPARTMENT. The department of transportation of the State of Illinois.
