§ 72.056 AUTHORITY OF POLICE TO COMMANDEER SNOWMOBILES FOR EMERGENCY USE.

When conditions exist as in § 72.054, police shall have the authority to commandeer any and all snowmobiles for emergency use, but shall compensate owners for operating expenses and any damage incurred, if any.
