§ 72.054 WHEN OPERATION PERMITTED ON PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY; PERMISSION REQUIRED.
   The use of snowmobiles on public rights-of-way will be permitted for emergency uses, only at those times when conditions are such that wheeled vehicles are inoperative in deep snow, and only with permission of the department of public safety, chief of police, or his representative.
