§ 52.33 DISCHARGES PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS.

No person, firm, corporation, or other entity shall discharge any sanitary waste or industrial waste water into any storm sewer or drainage facility constructed as part of the Cal Sag Road improvement, which improvement runs between U.S. Route 45 and 135th Street, and a portion of which passes through the city.
