§ 32.10 MAYOR TO SIGN LICENSES, CONTRACTS AND WARRANTS.
   The Mayor shall sign, on behalf of the city, all licenses, contracts to which the city is a party, and all warrants; and no such instruments shall be valid without the mayor's signature, in the absence of a specific ordinance or statutory provision to the contrary.
