§ 30.04 PERSONAL EXECUTION OF MUNICIPAL CHECKS.
   (A)   When a check is in the amount of $1,000 or less, one manual signature shall be required.
   (B)   When a check is in an amount over $1,000, one manual signature and one facsimile signature shall be required.
   (C)   The signatures required by this section can be that of any of the following: Mayor, City Clerk, City Collector or City Treasurer.
