§ 155.40 APPLICATIONS FOR PLAT APPROVAL.
   (A)   Owner representation. An application for approval of a plat shall be filed by the record owner of the property to be subdivided or the duly authorized agent of the record owner.
   (B)   Standards. Every plat creating two or more tots of five acres or less for residential use shall comply with the standards of §§ 155.20 through 155.26 of this chapter and the requirements of this subchapter.
