§ 151.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Performing any act regulated by §§ 151.15 through 151.22 of this chapter without first obtaining a permit shall be a violation of §§ 151.15 through 151.22 of this chapter and shall constitute an offense punishable by a fine of up to $500 for each separate offense.
