§ 151.22 BORINGS AND CUTTING PAVED SURFACES.
   If an applicant intends to bore underneath or cut the paved surface of any city-owned street, including cutting any curb, the applicant shall be required to pay an additional $500 engineering inspection fee. All borings, pavement cuts and curb cuts shall be restored to the standards specified by the City Engineer.
