§ 91.37 DUTY TO CUT OR REMOVE.
   (A)   It shall be the primary duty of the owner of any premises within the city to cut and remove all weeds, trash and brush as often as may be necessary to comply with the provisions of this code.
   (B)   (1)   It shall be unlawful on any premises for any person, as the owner, tenant or agent(s), including commercial maintenance firms and landscapes or any combination thereof, within the city, to leave any unsightly piles, windrows of debris or weeds, grass or brush which could serve as habitat for rodents, snakes or other vectors of disease on such premises after the same has been cut from the premises.
      (2)   Any such grass, weeds or brush so cut shall be removed and or hauled from said premises promptly and be disposed of in an appropriate manner. If the brush is to be burned, such burning shall be done under the supervision of and with the permission of the Fire Marshal of the city. Commercial maintenance firms and landscapes shall be liable and responsible for all such material as caused by their business.
