(A) Notwithstanding any other provision in this code of ordinances, the following sections of this chapter shall not be applicable to any land zoned Agricultural-Open Space, designated according to Ch. 156 of this code of ordinances:
(1) Section 90.01 of this chapter;
(2) Section 90.03 of this chapter;
(3) Section 90.04 of this chapter; and
(4) Section 90.05 of this chapter.
(B) No person owning property under which divisions (A)(1) through (A)(4) above are inapplicable shall utilize such property for the purposes of keeping animals thereon where such utilization shall cause or constitute a nuisance.
