§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The failure to obey the order of the Municipal Court under § 90.04 of this chapter shall constitute a Class C misdemeanor. In addition to such remedy as provided in § 90.04 of this chapter, should there be a conviction for any otter violation of § 90.04 of this chapter, the party convicted shall be subject to a fine as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 90.12 of this chapter or any subsequent amendments hereto, or who shall fail to comply herewith, or with any of the requirements hereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $500, for each offense; provided, however, that, such fine shall not exceed the maximum fine allowed by both state and the City Charter for each offense. The Police Department of the city is hereby authorized to arrest any person(s) who violates any provision of § 90.12 of this chapter. The Director of Public Health and/or the Director of Parks and Recreation or either’s representative is hereby authorized to issue citations to any violator of § 90.12 of this chapter. Any citation issued shall state the alleged violation, the date of the violation and the section of the code of ordinances violated.
