(A) Each person keeping animals or fowl within the corporate limits of the city shall, upon request of the CEO, after proper identification and during reasonable times, permit access to the area or places of keeping of animate or fowl, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Should the CEO be denied entry, he or she then shall make application for a search warrant to enter the premises, such warrant to be issued by the Municipal Court Judge of the city upon proper application therefor.
