§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of the provisions of this chapter, with exceptions listed below, are punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000 unless otherwise stated in any specific provision hereof.
   (B)   A violation of § 70.09 of this chapter may result in a fine of $250 and applicable court fees or fines.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 70.10 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.
   (D)   Whenever an act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful, a public nuisance, an offense or a misdemeanor or the failure to comply with the enforcement of § 70.45 of this chapter is declared to be unlawful and shall be punished by a fine of no greater than $2,000.
