§ 70.44 PARKING TRUCKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any truck, other than what is commonly known as a “pick-up” truck, on any street or portion thereof where the Police Department has clearly indicated by proper sign or marks that such truck parking shall not be permitted.
   (B)   The Police Department shall so restrict parking or standing of such trucks wherever such parking shall impede or interfere with the orderly passage or control of traffic.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any truck, truck tractor, road tractor, semi-trailer, bus, trailer or any other motor vehicle with a gross weight of 10,000 pounds or more upon any public street, alley, parkway, boulevard or public place which abuts any property zoned as residential property according to Ch. 156 of this code of ordinances.
