§ 70.03 PARADES AND PROCESSIONS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to form any parade or to move such parade over any public street or plaza, except with the permission and under the direction of the Police Department.

(B) It shall be unlawful to allow any vehicle to remain upon any street at such places as to interfere with any parade or procession using the streets under police permission.
