§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 72.01 through 72.04 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $1, nor more than $100, for each offense and each day during which such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who stops or parks a vehicle in violation of §§ 72.15 through 72.17 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $200.
