All permits require certain inspections. After an applicant/owner/building/contractor requests an inspection, the City Building Inspector (or his or her designee) will make the requested inspection within 48 hours. Should additional inspections be required, the applicant/owner/builder/contractor will be assessed a fee as set out in the fee and permit schedule found in Appendix A of this chapter for each additional inspection until the original requested inspection is satisfactory. Inspections on holidays are not included unless there is an emergency need.
