§ 157.104 BUILDING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Height regulations. No building shall exceed 35 feet in height.
   (B)   Exterior walls. All exterior walls shall be constructed of masonry or stucco or masonry on steel studs. Fronts to be of “finish” masonry or stucco. (Concrete block is not “finished” masonry.) Stucco will not qualify as masonry unless placed on masonry or steel studs.
   (C)   Width. No lot on the subject property shall be less than 75 feet wide.
   (D)   Firewall. Buildings with zero side lot lines shall have a four-rated firewall between it and any adjoining lot or structure.
   (E)   Ground floor slab. Ground floor slab of all buildings shall be two feet above the centerline of Stuart Place Road.
