§ 157.085 AREA AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The height limit shall be two and one-half stories for a dwelling and a maximum 35 feet for any building.
   (B)   No vertical structures of any kind, temporary or permanent, shall be placed within 30 feet of an edge of a property line.
   (C)   No vertical structure or manufacture, permanent or temporary, including overhangs or any obstruction that would prevent the through movement of a safety vehicle nor poles, nor any other device, will be permitted within five feet of a lot line.
   (D)   No fence shall exceed six feet in height.
   (E)   No chain-link fence or fence constructed with cedar boards shall be constructed in such a manner as to place the better finished side of the cedar boards to the outside.
