(A) Front yard. There shall be front yard along the front line of the lot. The minimum depth of such front yard shall be 30 feet from the property line.
(B) Rear yard. There shall be a rear yard along the rear line of the lot. The minimum depth of such rear yard shall be seven feet from the property line.
(C) Side yard. There shall be a side yard along each line of the lot other than the front line or a rear line. The minimum width of such side yard shall be seven feet; except that, the minimum width of any side yard of a corner lot, which side yard lies along the street, shall be 25 feet; provided that, if the street side line of the corner lot is in the same block frontage with a lot or lots whose street line is a front line of such lot or lots, the side yard shall extend to the average alignment of the buildings along the same side of the street, unless such buildings are more than 25 feet back from the street line, in which case, the side yard shall be not less than 25 feet, or unless the lot is in a platted subdivision and the building is planned in conformity with the building set back lines pertaining to said subdivision, but in no case less than 25 feet.
(D) Lot width. The minimum width of the lot shall be 80 feet for any use.
(E) Lot area. The minimum area of the lot shall be 8,000 square feet for any use.
(F) Exception. An exception to divisions (A) through (E) above is hereby made for Palm Valley Haciendas Unit Number 7 which is already platted and restricted for hacienda units. The area restrictions in Palm Valley Haciendas Unit Number 7 shall be those contained in the deed restrictions for said property.
(G) Height. The height limit shall be two and one-half stories for a dwelling and a maximum of 35 feet for any building.
(H) Edges. No vertical structure of any kind, temporary or permanent shall be placed within 25 feet of the edge of the property line bordering a street or road with the exception of mailboxes and flagpoles. On lots abutting the golf course, no structure, as defined by § 150.001, Definitions, shall be constructed or placed nearer to the rear lot line abutting the golf course than the building setback line contained in the property's deed restrictions.
