§ 157.026 AREA AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No structures shall be built in this area that are located within 200 feet of any boundary of a “B” Single-Family Dwelling District or “C” Townhouses and Condominiums District.
   (B)   No vertical structures or manufacture of any kind, temporary or permanent, will be placed within 30 feet of an edge of a street, road, golf course fairway or golf cart path, which structure has a vertical height of more than two feet at any given point.
   (C)   No vertical structure or manufacture, permanent or temporary, including overhangs or any obstruction that would prevent the through movement of a safety vehicle nor poles, nor any other device, will be permitted within five feet of a lot line.
   (D)   No vertical structure or manufacture, permanent or temporary, including buildings, poles or other manufacture, will exceed 15 feet in height or vertical distance from the ground level at any given point.
   (E)   No retaining wall shall be built adjacent to any water that exceeds a height of two feet elevation above the normal water level of the particular adjacent body.
   (F)   No docks, piers or other structure shall be built over water.
   (G)   No fence shall exceed six feet in height.
   (H)   No chain-link fence or fence constructed out of cinder block will be permitted, and any cedar fence constructed with cedar boards shall be constructed in such manner as to place the better finished side of the cedar boards to the outside.
