§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 95.01 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $1, nor more than $100, for each such offense.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 95.02 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $1, nor more than $500, for each such offense.

   (D)   A violation of the provisions of § 95.03 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $10 and no more than $200.
