§ 95.03 NOISY ANIMALS.
   (A)   Prohibiting animals which make frequent or long continued noise. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor any dog or other animal which makes frequent or long continued noise which is disturbing to persons of normal nervous sensibilities and ordinary tastes, habits and modes of living in the vicinity thereof.

   (B)   Filing and investigation of complaint. Upon the filing of a complaint by a person alleging violation of the provisions of division (A) above with the City Police Department, the Police Department shall investigate said complaint.

   (C)   Warning and citation. Upon determination by the investigating police officer that a violation of the provisions of division (A) above, the investigating police office shall upon the first violation issue a written warning to the violator. Upon the second violation by the same person or persons, the investigating police officer shall issue a citation.
