§ 91.040 OPPOSING, OBSTRUCTING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

Whoever opposes obstructs or resists any enforcement officer, or any person authorized by the town, in the discharge of duties as provided in this subchapter, upon conviction may be punished as provided in § 10.99 of the town code or F.S. Ch. 162.
