(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Mortgage Registration Code. Violations of §§ 91.035 through 91.047 may be either cited, reported and considered pursuant to the provisions of § 10.99, or may be remedied as provided in §§ 91.045 and 91.046. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
