(A) The Building Official or his or her authorized representative shall act as the administrator of this chapter. The Building Official shall issue permits and collect fees in accordance with this chapter.
(B) Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
