(A) The provisions of the R-1AA District are intended to apply to an area of low-density single-family residential development. Lot sizes and other restrictions are intended to protect and promote high-quality residential development.
(B) Permitted principal uses and structures are single-family dwellings.
(C) Permitted accessory uses and structures are as for R-1AAA, § 157.195.
(D) Permitted conditional uses are as for R-1AAA, § 157.195.
(E) Prohibited uses and structures are as for R-1AAA, § 157.195.
(F) Lot and structure requirements are:

Rear | 25 feet; 20 feet when abutting an alley |
