(A) Treatment of stormwater runoff. All drainage facilities shall include design features, such as catchment basins at storm sewer outfalls, retention ponds or swales, that are capable of retaining on-site the first inch of rain falling on the subdivision in order to remove oils, suspended solids and other objectionable material in stormwater runoff.
(B) Site retention ponds. Stormwaters in areas that have no physically or environmentally permissible drainage outlet shall drain into in site retention ponds that are capable of holding stormwater from the 100-year flood.
