§ 156.66 UTILITY SYSTEMS.
   (A)   If community water systems and sewage systems are installed, they will be installed per State Board of Health specifications.
   (B)   New and replacement water supply systems shall be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of floodwaters into the systems. Water supply systems shall be located, elevated and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage.
   (C)   New or replacement sanitary sewage systems shall be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of floodwaters into the systems and discharges from the system into floodwaters, and on-site waste disposal systems so as to avoid impairment of them or contamination shall be located, elevated and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage.
   (D)   All utilities and facilities such as gas and electrical systems shall be located, elevated and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage.
