§ 156.53 PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL.
   (A)   When final revisions are received by the Planning and Zoning Board from the developer on the preliminary plat, the Planning and Zoning Board will assure that the conditions necessary to secure the objectives and requirements of this chapter have been met.
   (B)   The revised preliminary plat shall be submitted to the Town Council, along with recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Board.
   (C)   Final approval of the plan rests with the Town Council.
