(A) If preliminary plans submitted meet the requirements of this chapter, the Planning and Zoning Board may approve the plans as submitted and immediately submit them to the Town Council.
(B) If preliminary plans submitted do not meet the specifications and/or requirements of this chapter, the Planning and Zoning Board, upon request from the developer, may grant an extension of 15 days or longer but not to exceed 30 days. The purpose of the extension is for the developer to add revisions to the preliminary plat to meet the standards of this chapter.
