(A) Prior to the filing of an application for conditional approval of the preliminary plat (general subdivision plan), the subdivider shall submit to the Planning and Zoning Board data as specified in § 156.18. This step does not require a formal application fee or filing of a plat with the Planning and Zoning Board.
(B) Within 15 days, the Planning and Zoning Board shall inform the subdivider that the plans and data as submitted or as so modified do or do not meet the objectives of this chapter. If the Planning and Zoning Board finds the plans and data do not meet with the objectives of this chapter, it shall express its reasons for the finding.
