§ 155.057 UNSUITABLE MATERIAL.

Where muck, rock, clay or other material within the limits of the right-of-way is in the opinion of the Engineer unsuitable in the original position, the contractor shall excavate the material and backfill with suitable material, which shall be shaped to conform to the required cross section.
