The work covered by this subchapter consists of excavating, removing and satisfactorily disposing of all material, of whatever character within the limits of the work. It shall include all excavations, shaping and sloping necessary for the construction, preparation and completion of all embankments, shoulders, ditches, slopes, gutters, intersecting approaches and private entrances and all in accordance with the required alignment grade and cross sections shown on the plans or as directed by the Town Engineer.
