Timber, stumps, brush, roots, rubbish and objectionable material resulting from clearing and grubbing shall be disposed of by hauling away and disposing of materials in a suitable location. Burning will not be allowed except when permission is obtained from the local government agencies and/or the State Fire Marshal.
