§ 155.025 DRIVEWAYS, BIKE PATHS AND SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   Properly sized culverts shall be required where driveways block drainage swales. Headwalls will be required at each end of the culvert.
   (B)   Bicycle paths and sidewalks shall be required as determined by the town and are to be constructed to Brevard County standards.
