§ 155.024 REPLACEMENT OF STREET PAVEMENT.

Where underground pipes, conduits and the like, require cutting of existing pavement, it shall be repaired by thoroughly compacting the backfill and filling the cut area with seven inches of compacted plant mix. Edges of the cut shall be vertical.
