(A) Mobile home parks must be a minimum of 15 acres, having a minimum width of 300 feet measured along a public right-of-way. Mobile home lots shall have a minimum of 7,000 square feet of land area with a minimum width of 60 feet.
(B) A minimum of 15% of the mobile home park exclusive of required buffer space and street rights-of-way shall be set aside and developed for recreational purposes for residents of mobile home parks.
(C) Notwithstanding the regulations of this subchapter, it shall be mandatory for any new mobile home park to provide a central water and sewer system in compliance with the State and County Health Department requirements and to maintain the facilities in accordance with the Department’s criteria.
(D) It is the intent of this subchapter that mobile home parks within the town shall conform to the Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, F.S. §§ 83.40 through 83.682.
