It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park any vehicle, whether motorized or not, on an private or public street, road, right-of-way or any public property, for the purpose of soliciting, peddling, vending, displaying or advertising goods, wares, merchandise, food or drink and/or services for sale or trade.
