§ 114.36 NOTICE OF HEARING ON REVOCATION.
   Notice of the hearing for revocation of a business tax receipt or an identification card shall be given by the town in writing, setting forth specifically the grounds of the complaint and the time and place of the public hearing. The notice shall be mailed, postage prepaid, by certified mail, with return receipt requested, to the holder at his or her last known address, at least seven days prior to the date set for hearing. Notice of the public hearing shall also be posted at Town Hall at least seven days prior to the date set for hearing.
