§ 113.106 SEXUAL ENCOUNTER BUSINESSES PROHIBITED; PROHIBITED ACTS; UNLAWFUL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   It is unlawful to be an operator of or be a worker at a sexual encounter business.
   (B)   It is unlawful to cause, encourage or allow a person under 18 years of age to be present at a sexual encounter business.
   (C)   It is unlawful to aid or abet a person causing, encouraging or allowing a person under 18 years of age to be present at a sexual encounter business.
