§ 113.999 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be prosecuted in the same manner as misdemeanors are prosecuted. The violations shall be prosecuted in the name of the state in a court having jurisdiction of misdemeanors by the prosecuting attorney thereof and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 60 days or by both fine and imprisonment as provided in F.S. § 162.22. Each incident or separate occurrence of any act that violates this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to the penalties provided under this section, violators of this chapter shall be subject to any other appropriate civil or criminal action provided by law in a court of competent jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief.
